Living Room

Back Yard Patio Several seating areas on the large front veranda are perfect for light refreshments and beverages at check in time.

Guests are given a variety of menus from local eateries and a convenient Waco map to help them navigate around the city.

There is also a small, quiet table for two on the back yard patio next to the herb garden for your enjoyment.
Porch Breakfast Our guests enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a beautifully appointed, spacious living room, with several sitting areas.  This is a perfect retreat after a long day. 


The sun porch, with windows from floor to ceiling on three sides, is a great spot for a casual but ample breakfast while watching the world go by.

Most of our guests however, prefer the lavish breakfast served in the formal dining room.  This room is furnished with a mixture of old and new world, housing our most treasured pieces.

  • Approx. .5 miles after passing under I-35, turn left onto E. Waco Drive and go approx. 4 miles
  • Turn Right onto N. 25th Street and go approx. 1 mile
  • Turn Right onto Colcord Avenue and the inn is immediately on your left

  • Turn left onto S. 17th Street and go approx. 2 miles (17th curves to the left and turns into Holman Ave. Continue on Holman Ave.)
